We’re delighted to announce that Ciqurix has recently been awarded ISO9001:2015 certification for our quality management system via Auva Certification.
This achievement is a natural progression in the growth of our business. As we found ourselves engaging with ever more significant projects, it became increasingly important to provide evidence that we are committed to high quality standards. ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard, so our certification is a clear and simple way to allow prospective customers to validate us as a supplier.
Most of our processes were well established and didn’t have to change significantly, but we did have to make improvements in a few areas. We appointed JWA Management Consulting to help us improve our procedures and documentation, as well as with internal training and awareness.
ISO9001 isn’t just about processes though, it’s also about maintaining, monitoring and improving what we do through internal audits, management reviews, and identification and resolution of non-conformities. Being compliant means we will ensure that we continue to put quality management at the heart of our business every day.
Having an ISO9001 badge on our website may seem a bit like box ticking, but it’s actually more than that. It demonstrates to our customers (and potential customers) that we’re serious about what we do. It shows that we have a system which focuses on continual improvement, with commitment from our entire team at every level.
